Wild mushroom omelette recipe – Floyd on France – BBC
Keith Floyd is in the Perigord region of France to demonstrate the best way to cook a delicious wild muchroom omelette. Great recipe idea from classic BBC cookery show ‘Floyd in France’. Watch more high quality videos on the Food YouTube channel from BBC Worldwide here: www.youtube.com

I remember this guy – he had a LONG culinary career. Judging by the drinking he’s been a tipsy closet case. Anyone?
Where in the UK can you buy fresh Ceps? I’ve only seen dried ones in Tesco and dried isn’t as good as fresh.
yh i do recall him loving his drink

R.I.P floyd…i mean it floyd…is her recipe ok…give some respect !
I think I’d've liked Floyd’s better than madame Moulins, for exactly the reason Floyd states. Omelets should be fluffy and slightly undercooked. RIP btw.
he called her an old dragon,JOLLY GOOD!!!!!!!!!
I remember watching this show two decades ago – this incredibly passionate and gregarious British guy was in France, and going from kitchen to kitchen, and restaurant to restaurant, tasting the food, and stepping in to cook dishes himself, although he didn’t appear to be a cook himself.
I think that Floyd On France is probably the greatest cookery series I’ve ever seen.
It’s a great shame that this entire series hasn’t been posted on Utube.
