A good way to upgrade from what is on your list...is complete frozen meals. Not TV dinner...stuff like chicken stirfry. They also have a pretty good ready made lasagna.

You can also get ready made meatloaf, roast beef, etc. in the refrigerator section.

I like smoked sausage...hillshire farms, little smokies, hot links, etc. All are easy to prepare. Start a pot of water boiling, add corn on the cob, some sausage, and some potato...when the potatos are done, it is all done. Add your choice of spices and seasonings.

Other meals that are not difficult...
salads
subs, panini
grilling in a foil pack

Seasonings that make things simple...

Rubs
Hot sauce
Flavoring packets
Seasoned Salt
Tony's
Aromat
Adobo
Mrs. Dash
Italian seasoning
Boullion Cubes.

Parmesan chicken. Put precooked chicken breasts in a pan then pour tomato sauce over and sprinkle with cheese!! Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or so at 375. Delicious, easy, and healthy. Try tomato soup and grilled cheese also.
