I would fix:

homemade macaroni and cheese (just melt cheese with a little milk, salt, butter, pepper, and any seasoning you like and pour over pasta)

Crusty bread spread with seasoned butter (you can mix fruit, herbs, etc. into butter to make different flavors)

Salad made of any mixture of fruits/nuts/vegetables/cheese/dressings you happen to have on hand

S'mores roasted over tealights: Give everyone a fondue stick and have them roast mini marshmallows over tealights. Add chocolate chips and sandwich between a cereal like Honey Grahams or Cinnamon Toast Crunch for baby s'mores. They can make as many as they like!

NOTE:

2. Mix corn muffin mix following the box directions. Pour over meat mixture with added shredded cheese.
3. You can add a can of pinto beans to stretch the meat or replace the meat.
