Good Luck
Patience n Perserverance
and most of all
Have Fun :)
Grilled cheese, pb&j, mac and cheese, add veggies and or chicken cut up. I get ground turkey, cook it up crumbly, sometimes add cheese. put a baked potato in the microwave and cook some veggies. spagetti, sauce from a jar( i add the ground turkey sometimes) and cook a veggie. chicken nuggets. I cut up chicken, wet with water and bread and bake.(no need for the egg dipping.) open a can of soup, i add some more veggies.
Just try and make things fun for them and they will eat it…you can also let them help you cook and they will be more likely to eat it.
Snacks~Ants on a log (Celery w/peanut butter and raisins on top)
Use cookie cutters on PB&J’s. Buy a melon baller to cut small round shapes out of melons. Mix broccoli in with mac n’ cheese.
