One of my favorites is the "poor man's chicken vermicelli"

I get those pre-made frozen processed chicken breasts from the store (i know, yuck right? Read on!)....
So place them on a cooking sheet and bake them for whatever it says in the directions. Meanwhile, boil up some angel hair pasta (vermicelli if you are keeping track).
When the chicken has a few minutes left, take the vermicelli out of the pot, drain, rinse, and place a few spoonfuls onto the chicken peice(s). Cover with your favorite pasta sauce and sprinkle mozarrella over top. Bake until cheese melts.

What a yummy treat, and it only took 15 minutes!
