So I don’t have kids and I know that they can be somewhat picky when it comes to eating certain foods, but here are some options:
-Stir Fry: chop up a bunch of veggies and stir-fry them with the sauce of your choice (I prefer soy and teryaki sauces). Add some cubed, cooked chicken and maybe some rice. If you’re really piched for time you can always use the frozen, bagged stir-fry veggies from the grocery store. Really easy and healthy.
-Egg Omlettes: cook up some eggs and cheese, only takes a few minutes from start to finish and has lots of protein! For an even healthier option you can use egg whites or the pre-packaged egg beaters, which have less calories than regular eggs.
