brown some beef short ribs good and add some water and get it boiling and put all that into a crock pot before going to work with a chopped onion...when you get home that evening you can make quick sides like pasta sides or plain rice or make noodles,,thicken it with a bit ofcornstarch and cold water and have a salad with it.

1. Put little slits on the eggplant skin
2. Oil the eggplant and put it in the bbq till soft (takes about 30 minutes for a medium sized eggplant)
3. Oil and BBQ the tomatoes for about 8 minutes
4. Skin the eggplant and mash it (using forks, so it is a little chunkie)
5. Mash the tomatoes with skin
6. Mix it with the eggplant
7. Add olive oil, red bell pepper (fresh), salt, pepper.
8. Decorate with basil and baby spinach

BBQ lambchops

1.Marinade in tomato pure, vinegar, salt, ginger and garlic paste and pepper for almost 2 hours
2.BBQ in medium-high heat till you think its done ( atleast 20 minutes, 10 minutes each side. I like it well done so I keep it for about 35 minutes, 15 one side and 20 other)

It is just me and my daughter. We like steak on the grill.

I just marinate the steak with a little oil, vinegar, worst. sauce, salt, pepper. Cook on the grill until desired "doneness."

Last week I made grilled potato skins. I cooked a few potatoes in the microwave until soft. Then, cut in half lengthwise and scooped out the pulp.

Brush with melted butter or spray with pam.

Place on grill upside down for about 5 mins. Turn over, and fill with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Cook about 5 more mins. until chesse is melted.

My daughter loved these!

I grew up with a father that was all steak and potatoes!
His favorite was the left overs made into a home made hash-like dish.
You cube the meat and potatoes and fry them together with butter, seasonings, and a little Worchershire sauce. I am not sure if it would technically be called a hash or not.
