I am trying to eat healthier, but I am not fond of many vegetables/fruits (VERY picky eater).
I don’t want to be this way, but I can’t seem to find things I like. I am curious about fruits or vegetables that may taste similar to ones I already like, or any good advice that will aid me in finding foods I would enjoy!

What I will eat: white potatoes, carrots when cooked in soup, apples, bananas, and oranges.
Things I’ve tried & don’t like: raw peaches, raw mangos (ataulfo), lettuce, raw tomatoes, cooked onions, raw cantaloupe, raw & cooked butternut squash, watermelon, strawberries, bell peppers..

I’m divided on whether I like pineapple and grapes.. have had them where I’ve liked them, and have had them where I didn’t like them.
**vegetables

I have to be able to produce it within 30 minutes while talking to the chefs and tell them what I am doing. It has to be something good, not like PB&J.

I have one child who is allergic to wheat, another who is allergic to milk. All the while my husband & I are trying to trim our middles. I am finding it is so difficult to plan a weeks worth of meals (breakfasts, lunches&dinners) that are healthy, fit all of our requirements & staying within a budget. Is there a resource to make this task any easier?

Dry pail? Wet pail? Washing machine as pail?

Vinegar? Baking soda? Oxi-Clean? Other laundry additives?

Special fiddles with the water temperature, cycle, detergent type, detergent amount?

Tricks for better cleaning in front-loaders (when/where do you add laundry additives like vinegar &c) especially appreciated…
"strip" a diaper?

I will take pork chops, a can of saurcraut & a can of baked beans put them in a pan in the over & let them back. It is so easy & so good. I need meals that have protein & equal to 2 carbs. I am supposed to have protein the size of a deck of cards. So what ideas do you have that are as simple as the one I hve mentioned. Thank you!
