		<description>@heidishoshana No that is not necessary. As long as the majority of the cloves are showing. Cutting off﻿ more than 1/4 of the bulb will reduce by too much the amount of garlic being roasted. Good luck!</description>

We would suggest removing the cooked cloves form the bulb and pack them in oil in an airtight container and store in the fridge. You may also want to toy with freezing them. If freezing works, please let us know and we will add that to the recipe. Thanks for your comment.</description>
