@ronnie3027 You can use roasted garlic with anything you like. Try it on bread, whisked through mayonnaise, in a salad, with steak (like mustard) even break it up and put it through your egg mix in your omelette. Good luck!

i actualy thought just putting it in the microwave would work :P

  14. reed218 says:

Looks yummy! Can it be stored anywhere for later consumption if I wanted to make a bunch all at once?

  15. chefspencil says:

@reed218 It should keep in the fridge for about a week. If you want to store it for longer than that. We would suggest removing the cooked cloves form the bulb and pack them in oil in an airtight container and store in the fridge. You may also want to toy with freezing them. If freezing works, please let us know and we will add that to the recipe. Thanks for your comment.

  16. heidishoshana says:

what if when slicing off the 1/4 not every bulb is exposed, should I try and expose the bulbs?

  17. chefspencil says:

@heidishoshana No that is not necessary. As long as the majority of the cloves are showing. Cutting off more than 1/4 of the bulb will reduce by too much the amount of garlic being roasted. Good luck!

  18. ChoctawFlute says:

@heidishoshana i do this all the time. with a jack knife. stop worrying so much. it is not rocket science. Just do it. There. I will send you an invoice. I take paypal only. thanks.
