Pork for dinner, what's a good recipe?

I have a ton of pork chips in the freezer, does anyone have a good recipe or ideas for side dishes?

Grease the pan with a minimal amount of cooking oil so that the pork does not stick. Season the meat with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on outside. Take red-wine vinegar and honey, and if you want it spicy sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes, mix together, and pour over chops in the pan. Cover and cook over low until the pork is cooked through. This is a good recipe if you have lots of people eating- you can cut the meat up prior to covering, and then serve with rice.

    1T butter

    Wash pork chops, pat dry
Salt and liberally pepper the pork chops
Dip in Parmesan cheese, coat well, shake off any excess
Dip in eggs both sides, get off excess
    Dip in bread crumbs

Heat oil and butter in pan over Medium to Medium HI heat. Put pork chops in skillet; cook 6-7 minutes on each side until crisp. Don’t keep flipping them. Cook one side then the other.

I use this recipe all the time!!! It’s just me and my husband and we get the boneless pork chops. I use 4 because we use them for leftovers for lunch, so reduce or add accordingly. I promise you, it’s WONDERFUL!

4 pork chops (bone in or boneless)
2 cans of Campbells fat free Cream of Mushroom soup (I hate this typically but in this recipe it’s great!)
    2 cans of water
    Instant white rice
    Vegetables of choice

Mix the 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of water in a mixing bowl until mixed well. Pour soup mix into a crock pot, place frozen or thawed pork chops into the soup mix in the crock pot and turn the crock pot on LOW for 8-10 hours.

I do this in the morning before work and when I get home the house smells great! I make my instant rice and some corn or broccoli. It’s a healthy dinner, too. I lay the rice down then the chops on top of the rice and drizzle the soup over the meat and rice.

I do the same thing with chicken breasts and cream of chicken soup! I hope you’ll try it!!!

    here is two recipes

    1. pork chops with apple sauce
carrots and parsnips mashed together small bit of butter
roast potatoes and a small bit of gravy

    2. put bbq flavoring on the pork chops
4 table spoons of golden syrup
3 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
2 table spoons of soya sauce
3 table spoons of vegetable oil
2 table spoons of tomato puree
4 table spoons of bbq sauce ( jack daniels bbq sauce is fairly ok)
    chop two cloves of garlic

mix everything together in a bowl until the texture is nearly the same throughout. get 5 to 6 chops and put them in an oven roasting dish put the mixture over the chops and leave the mixture and the chops to rest in the fridge for an hour or two. then put the dish into the oven for about 1.5hrs . somewhere between 165 & 175 degrees. the bbq chops will need to be checked on every now and again just to make sure the sauce is covering all the chop.

same recipe for ribs . change ingredients slightly for different variations of the bbq sauce eg ad salsa instead of tomatoe puree ect..use your Imagination.

for a meal for 1 cut the portion down to suit. add rice ect
