I want to surprise my fiance by making him peanut butter chicken. I hear him talk about how much he likes it all of the time so I thought it would be a nice christmas dinner surprise to make him his beloved dish! Does anyone know of a good recipe for peanut butter chicken and what sides go with it? Thanks!
