		<description>soak over night is baking soda &amp; water ( i use about 1/4 cup per pound of beans ) next morning rinse well with clear water then cook..... most of the toots are gone !</description>

		<description>As you soak them drain &amp; rinse them every once in a while, replacing the water. It&#039;s the starchy sugars that we cannot digest that causes the gas. Again, it helps, but does not eliminate it.</description>
