Ideas for Healthy, low-fat, easy meals that taste great?
I’m not much of a cook, and I don’t have much time…plus, I ADORE junk and fatty foods.
I need ideas for easy meals to help lose weight that I actually WANT to eat! Any foods are fair game!
Thanks!
But I’m looking for MEALS….recipes.

I use some of these…. sooooo good:

Fat didn’t make you fat! it was what the fats were on that did it. Potatoes, rice, pasta, etc all are high carb foods. the excess carbs you eat are turned into fats and stashed on your bottom line!

this is good! ok you need 1 tortea (spl?) low fat cheese, ham, and ceasar dressing(or anyother dressing, spicy ranch, rancch w/e) and romaine lettuce…put everything on tortea (spl?) except dressing. cook in microwwave for 1 min (or until the cheese melts) then take it out add dressing wrap it up and VIOLA! easy, healthy, filling, lowfat lunch! eat w/ fruit, and vegies nad drink 100 % juice or water.
as far as junk and fatty foods try getting popcorn, tortilla chips, sea salt organic, etc instead of unhealthy chips, try fruit such as raspberries instead of candy, make simple homemade cookies so you know exaclty what ur putting into them, cracker with cheese, celery is negative calories with peanut butter for protein.
as far as meals, try salad with vinergarrette, mexican mess( its a family thing- sounds gross but is really good and not the bad for u- take beans, any leftover chicken, tortilla chips, any other meat or anything u want to throw in and mix it up in a big bowl then throw it in a dish to stick in the oven), chicken with veggies on the side.
f ur really busy, try sticking trail mix, granola bars, apples, fruit bars, bag of carrots, etc. in ur bag, work space, or wherever. when u get hungry, u’ll grab whatever is there and eat it. saves a run to the vending machine too.
my suggestion is instead of trying to eat really healthy all of a sudden, take it slow. use those ideas to replace a few meal and snacks and gradually eat more and more healthy. if u just drop all junk food, it’ll last about a week until ur dying for it. another suggestion, try to just cut out some extras from ur diet such as use minimal butter, mayo, mustard, etc. that are high in fat.
