		<description>well in a slow cooker you dont have to be exact but if you take the beef out and cut it to make sure it is not too pink in the center or not red you will have an idea of how much nire time it needs. you can basicly cook it to your liking. usualy in a slow cooker things go in for the whole day.</description>

		<description>Most roast recipes I have seen call for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. So, from 12:30, you will probably be ok after 5 pm to eat. If you will eat later than 5pm, you may want to turn it down to low at about 4 pm or so.</description>
