		<description>Rice Cooker Fried Rice
2 cups rice 
2 cups beef stock 
1 tablespoon oil (flavoured infused oil works very well) 
250 g bacon (cut into strips) 
1 onion (sliced) 
1 teaspoon minced garlic 
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn kernels and peas will do) 
2 tablespoons soy sauce 
Directions
1Turn Rice Cooker onto cook. 
2Add oil, bacon, onion and garlic to Rice Cooker. 
3Stir frequently until onion is soft. 
4Add rice to Rice Cooker and coat in oil. 
5Add frozen vegetable and beef stock and mix well. 
6Place lid on Rice Cooker and let it do its thing. 
7When finished mix in Soy Sauce and stir.

Easy Rice Cooker Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil 
1 cup chopped onion 
1 tablespoon minced garlic 
2 tablespoons curry powder 
2 cups water 
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 
1 (8 ounce) package zatarain&#039;s jambalaya mix 
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes 
1/2 cup golden raisin 
3/4 cup plain yogurt 
1/3 cup chopped cashews 
Directions
1Hit Cook and place oil in pan then Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add curry powder; cook and stir 2 minutes. 
2Add water, tomato sauce, Jambalaya Mix chicken and raisins mix well. 
3Close Lid and hit COOK after cooker switched over to Warm turn off the Rice cooker and stir in yogurt. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cashews.</description>
