		<description>Hamburger helper with some veggies on the side.  Spaghetti made by browning some ground beef and adding a jar of spaghetti sauce.  Serve over pasta with a salad.  Tuna casserole made with mac and cheese, tuna, English peas, mushroom soup.  Bake potatoes in Crock Pot and then stuff with sour cream, cheese, butter, ham, and broccoli.</description>

Take a pound of ground turkey or low fat beef cook it through  in a pan season with salt ,pepper ,garlic powder, paprika and any thing else you like.  I add soy sauce sometimes.
Also prepare a box of any flavor rice a roni  and peas or corn or whatever veggie you like cook all but the last 5 mins then add meat cook last 5 mins and serve.</description>
