Does anyone know the recipe/cooking technique for the Tuna Won Tons they serve at Houlihans?

This is one of my favorite things to eat….I am assuming you sear the tuna…then wrap in a won ton wrapper and slice? The sauce is also very good…wasabi and ginger?
