Does anyone know of a good website for meal planning and calorie counting? How is mypyramidtracker.gov?
I am looking to keep a log of what I eat and maybe get suggestions. I found the above website and it seems pretty user friendly and its free. I just wonder if there are any nutritionist who would suggest using a different tool. Thanks.







I use http://www.sparkspeople.com ( or sparkteen.com if you’re under 18) it has meal planners etc and tells you how many calories and other nutrients are the foods you have eaten. And it’s free!
