It`s nice to have a recipe that is practical as opposed to them in recipe books that expect you to buy alsorts just to have a spoon of this and that.

My turkey was a success!!! thank you so much!!! I’ve also made a great gravy out of the juices in the tray!
And, the bacon (which came out beautiful and crispy) I chopped it up and mixed it with the roast potatoes!
It was AMAZING! Thank you so much!
