Baking 2 seperate dishes of chicken and not sure if I should put them on the same rack, or 2 seperate ones.?
They are going in the oven at the same temp. and are going to be removed at the same time. I wanted to know if they will cook better side by side in the over vertically, or if putting them on 2 seperate racks would be a better idea. I dont cook much and when I do, its not this much food. They are going in at 350 for over 2 hours. One is an entire chicken breast and the other is a pan of about 8 legs.

same unless you want them to get burnt or not cooked properly on one side
If you can get them in on the same rack, I would. Just so they brown evenly.
Cook the legs closest to the heat source as they sometimes take longer to cook due to the bone is larger in a leg then a chicken breast. I would cook them vertically as well. You could always switch positions half way through, but the legs on top for awhile. They should be fine. Share the recipes if you don’t mind, always looking for new ideas. Thanks.
